Sea Kayaking:

This Beach can also offer sea kayaking with an instructor who guides you in covering a distance of 1 km on the sea. Go now and paddle through the strong sea waves on a kayak for an unforgettable experience.

  • Duration: 1 hour, available from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Paramotoring:

The Paramotoring facility at Rushikonda Beach puts tourists in the best spot to look over the beautiful land surrounding this Beach and the shores and ride with an instructor at nearly 22 km/hr.

  • Duration: 7 minutes of air time; available in 2-time slots- 6:30 am to 11 am and then 3 pm to 6:30 pm- with the morning slot being optimal for the best experience.
Speedboating:

It is a more relaxed outing in the sea, and one can go on a speedboat with one’s friends, gathering the view around with the water spraying over one’s hands.

  • Since the ATMs near the Beach only work sometimes, carry enough cash with you.
  • Avoid visiting after 8 pm since all the shops close down and the tourists retreat, leaving the Beach deserted.
  • It is best to carry food, water, and a sun umbrella to this Beach.
  • There needs to be a proper bathing facility provided at the Beach.

Tenneti Park:

Tenneti Park, also known as an Urban park in Visakhapatnam, is excellent. It has enormous waves. A 3,000-tonne Bangladeshi cargo vessel, MV Maa, drifted from the anchorage point and ran aground near Tenneti Park in Visakhapatnam, India. Situated on Beach Road in Jodugullapalem, it is the first children’s playground and one of the oldest parks in the city. 

Kailasagiri:

Kailasagiri is a hilltop park in the town of Vizag in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. The Vizag Metropolitan Region Development Authority developed the park, which comprises 380 acres of land covered with tropical trees and flora. The hill, at 173 metres, overlooks the city of Vizag. 

Borra Caves:

The Borra Caves are situated on the East Coast of India, in the Araku Valley of the Alluri Sitaram Raju district in Andhra Pradesh. The caves are one of the greatest in the country, at an advance of about 705 metres. The caves are karstic limestone structures extending to a depth of 80 m and are considered the deepest caves in India.

Thotlakonda:

Thotlakonda Buddhist Complex is situated on a hill near Bheemunipatnam, about 15 kilometres from Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh, India. The mountain is about 128 metres above sea level and overlooks the sea. 2019, the stupa was partially damaged due to monsoons, but it was restored by 2021 at Rs 42 lakh. 

Victory At Sea War Memorial:

The Victory at Sea Memorial is an Indian memorial built after the Indo-Pakistani War 1971 dedicated to the Indian Navy and the Eastern Naval Command sailors. It has a built-in 1996. It is located on Beach Road, Visakhapatnam.

Simhachalam Temple:

The Varaha Narasimha Temple is located on the Simhachalam Hill Range, about 984 feet above sea level in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The idol of Narasimha is covered in sandalwood paste throughout the year, making it resemble a lingam. The Simhachalam Temple is among the 32 Narasimha temples in Andhra Pradesh and an important centre of Vaishnavism.
